This house was build a long while ago and I modified it inside bit by bit inspired by an old abandoned small factory which someone with a lot of $$ wanted to transform in an interesting house adding the modern part. Since I moved in a big family over there I decided to use -1 level to create missing rooms for a couple and smaller children.
